基于本科生导师制的新工科创新人才培养的实践

The Practice on the Cultivation of Innovative New Engineering Talents Based onthe Undergraduate Tutorial System

本科生导师制是贯彻“以本为本”的教育理念,培养创新型人才的重要途径。安全工程是实践性综合性很强的专业,在新工科背景下,应实施本科生导师制人才培养模式。本文基于安全工程的专业特点及教学目标,提出了一种基于兴趣小组的导师制模式。并通过具体的案例以及实施效果进一步阐述了本科生导师制实施的可行性,为本科生导师制的持续改进和不断完善提供借鉴。

The undergraduate tutorial system is an important way to carry out the educational concept of“taking this as the foundation”and cultivate innovative talents.Safety engineering is a practical and comprehensive major.Under the background of new engineering,the cultivation mode of undergraduate tutorial system should be implemented.Based on the characteristics and teaching objectives of safety engineering,this paper proposes a model of tutorial system based on interest group.And through the concrete case and the implementation effect further elaborated the undergraduate tutorial system implementation feasibility,provides the reference for the undergraduate tutorial system continuous improvement and the consummation unceasingly.
