克罗米芬联合人绝经期促性腺激素在多囊卵巢综合征不孕患者治疗中的应用

Application of CC Combined with HMG in Treatment of Infertility Patients with PCOS

目的:观察克罗米芬(CC)联合人绝经期促性腺激素(HMG)在多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)不孕患者治疗中的应用效果。方法:选择2016年3月至2018年3月收治的PCOS不孕患者患者64例,根据治疗方法不同分为CC组28例和CC+HMG组36例。观察两组治疗后的促排卵效果,比较两组治疗后的人绒毛膜促性腺激素(hCG)日激素水平及对妊娠结局的影响。结果:CC+HMG组的成熟卵泡数及多于3个卵泡例数均较CC组高,CC+HMG组的hCG日子宫内膜厚度大于CC组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);CC+HMG组的雌二醇(E2)水平及妊娠率较CC组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:CC联合HMG治疗方案应用于PCOS不孕患者的促排卵效果好,妊娠率高。

Objective:To observe the application effect of clomiphene citrate(CC)combined with human menopausal gonadotropin(HMG)in treatment of infertility patients with polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS).Methods:64 infertility patients with PCOS who were admitted from March 2016 to March 2018 were enrolled.According to different treatment methods,they were divided into CC group(28 cases)and CC+HMG group(36 cases).The ovulation induction effect of the two groups after treatment was observed.The human chorionic gonadotropin(h CG)daily hormone level and the effects on pregnancy outcomes were compared between the two groups.Results:The number of mature follicles and number of cases with more than3 follicles in CC+HMG group were higher than those in CC group.The endometrial thickness of h CG in CC+HMG group was larger than that in CC group(P<0.05).The estradiol(E2)level and pregnancy rate in CC+HMG group were higher than those in CC group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The ovulation induction effect of CC combined with HMG in treatment of infertility patients with PCOS is good.And pregnancy rate is high.
