Establishment and Application of American Ginseng Value Evaluation Index System

目的:探索并建立一套具有科学性、有效性的西洋参价值评估指标体系。方法:运用文献分析法、头脑风暴法、层次分析法对西洋参价值进行研究,建立影响西洋参价值的主要因素和具体指标库,确定西洋参价值评估指标体系。结果:影响西洋参价值的主要因素分为基础质量、药品内部性和社会外部性,以目标层、准则层、指标层的分层方法确定西洋参价值评估指标体系,其中包括1个目标层评价指标,3个准则层评价指标,39个指标层评价指标和对应权重。结论:西洋参价值评估体系的建立,对于评估西洋参价值、规范西洋参价格有积极意义。

Objective: To explore and establish a scientific and effective evaluation index system for American ginseng. Methods: The literature analysis method, brainstorming method, and analytic hierarchy process were used to study the value of American ginseng, the main factors affecting the value of American ginseng and the specific index database were established, and the evaluation index system of American ginseng was determined. Results: Showed that the main factors affecting the value of American ginseng were divided into basic quality, drug internality and social externality. The layered method of target layer, criterion layer, and index layer was used to determine the value evaluation index system of American ginseng, including one target layer, 3 criteria-level evaluation indicators, 39 index-level evaluation indicators and corresponding weights. Conclusion: The establishment of a value evaluation system for American ginseng has positive significance for standardizing the evaluation of American ginseng value and standardizing the price of American ginseng.
