润燥止痒胶囊联合左西替利嗪治疗慢性荨麻疹的疗效分析

Therapeutic Effect of Runzao Zhiyang Capsule Combined with Levocetirizine on Chronic Urticaria

目的:分析润燥止痒胶囊联合左西替利嗪治疗慢性荨麻疹的疗效。方法:选取2015年7月至2019年8月我院收治的慢性荨麻疹患者48例为研究对象,随机摸球法分为对照组24例,主要为左西替利嗪治疗,观察组24例主要为润燥止痒胶囊治疗,对比两种治疗方式下患者不良反应和临床症状。结果:观察组患者临床总有效率和对照组显著更高,差异较大(P<0.05);观察组患者临床不良反应率显著少于对照组,差异十分显著(P<0.05);治疗前两组患者白介素-4(IL-4)和瘦素等指标并无较大差异,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后观察组患者瘦素以及干扰素-γ(IFN-γ)等更高、血清IL-4更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:为慢性荨麻疹患者进行润燥止痒胶囊联合左西替利嗪治疗时可有效提升总有效率,改善临床症状,无严重不良反应,有临床应用价值。

Objective: To analyze the efficacy of Runzao Zhiyang Capsule combined with levocetirizine in the treatment of chronic urticaria. Methods: 48 patients with chronic urticaria admitted to our hospital from July 2015 to August 2019 were selected as the research objects. The patients were randomly divided into control group(24 cases) and observation group(24 cases) with levocetirizine treatment. The adverse reactions and clinical symptoms of patients under the two treatment methods were compared. Results: The clinical total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);the clinical adverse reaction rate of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05);there was no significant difference in the indexes of IL-4 and leptin between the two groups before treatment, and there was no significant difference(P>0.05). After treatment, leptin and IFN-gamma levels were higher and serum IL-4 levels were lower in the observation group(P<0.05). Conclusion: Runzao Zhiyang Capsule combined with levocetirizine can effectively improve the total effective rate, clinical symptoms and no serious adverse reactions for patients with chronic urticaria. It has clinical application value.
