防风通圣颗粒外用治疗小儿皮疹性疾病的疗效观察

Observation on the Efficacy of Fangfeng Tongsheng Granule in the Treatment of Children’s Skin Rash Diseases

目的:在小儿皮疹性疾病治疗中采用防风通圣颗粒外用疗法治疗,观察并分析患者的治疗效果。方法:选择2018年1月至2019年6月在本院接受治疗的52例小儿皮疹性疾病患者作为临床观察对象,将所有患者随机分为两组。对照组予以防风通圣颗粒口服治疗,实验组予以防风通圣颗粒外用疗法,比较并分析两组患者的治疗效果。结果:实验组患者的治疗总有效率与对照组比较明显更高,P<0.05;实验组患者皮疹消退时间、退热时间、口腔溃疡愈合时间以及住院时间与对照组比较均明显更短,P<0.05;实验组患者不良反应发生率与对照组比较明显更低,P<0.05;两组患儿血常规检查结果并无明显差异,P>0.05。结论:小儿皮疹性疾病治疗过程中采用防风通圣颗粒外用疗法,较口服疗法疗效更高,可以明显缩短患者临床症状改善时间,减少不良反应发生。

Objective:To observe and analyze the therapeutic effect of Fangfeng Tongsheng Granule in the treatment of children’s skin rash diseases.Methods:52 cases of pediatric skin rash patients treated in our hospital from January 2018 to June 2019 were selected as clinical observation objects.All patients were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was treated with Fangfeng Tongsheng Granule orally and the experimental group was treated with Fangfeng Tongsheng Granule externally.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results:The total effective rate of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);the time of rash subsidence,fever abatement,ulcer healing and hospitalization in the experimental group were significantly shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05);the incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the results of blood routine examination between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Fangfeng Tongsheng Granule is more effective than oral therapy in the treatment of children’s skin rash diseases.It can significantly shorten the improvement time of clinical symptoms and reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions.
