静注头孢曲松钠致泌尿系结石的护理措施分析

摘要 目的:分析静注头孢曲松钠致泌尿系结石的护理措施。方法:选取我院2015年5月至2019年10月收治的静注头孢曲松钠致泌尿系结石患者48例作为研究对象,按照抓阄法分为观察组(25例)和对照组(23例)。两组治疗方式相同,治疗期间,对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用综合护理,比较两组患者疼痛缓解时间、护理后生活质量。结果:观察组治疗后2h内、2~4h,疼痛缓解明显高于对照组、治疗5~7h、12h后,疼痛缓解明显低于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05);观察组SF-36各维度评分均高于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:静注头孢曲松钠致泌尿系结石治疗期间采用综合护理,效果显著,有效缓解患者疼痛,提高其生活质量。 Objective:To analyze the nursing measures of urinary calculi caused by ceftriaxone sodium.Methods:48 patients with urinary calculi caused by ceftriaxone sodium were divided into two groups:the observation group(25 cases)and the control group(23 cases).The two groups were treated in the same way.During the treatment,the control group was treated with routine nursing and the observation group was treated with comprehensive nursing.Results:The pain relief of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group within 2 hours and 2-4 hours after treatment,5-7 hours and 12 hours after treatment,the pain relief was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05);the SF-36 scores of the observation group were significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:During the treatment of urinary calculi caused by ceftriaxone sodium,comprehensive nursing is effective in relieving pain and improving quality of life.
