持续质量改进在提高神经内科患者及家属预防跌倒知信行水平中的应用 被引量:1

摘要 目的:在持续质量改进(CQI)中运用知信行模式,分析CQI提高神经内科住院患者及家属预防跌倒意识的作用。方法:选取2017年7月至2017年10月在新疆某三甲医院神经内科住院的存在跌倒风险的142名患者作为研究对象,分别于入院及出院时进行问卷调查,根据入院调查结果进行个性化宣教,采用SPSS17.0统计学软件对数据进行分析,计量资料采用配对样本均数t检验。结果:CQI后,患者及家属预防跌倒的知识、态度、行为三个维度得分及总分均高于CQI前,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:持续质量改进不仅可以提高神经内科患者及家属对预防跌倒的知信行水平,还能及时发现持续质量改进过程中的薄弱环节。通过制定改进策略,为下一期的持续质量改进工作提供科学依据。 Objective:To analyze the effect of CQI(continuous quality improvement)in improving the awareness of falling prevention of inpatients and their families in neurology department by using the KAP(Knowledge-Attitude-Practice)model in CQI.Methods:From July 2017 to October 2017,142 patients with falling risk in neurology department of third-grade class-A hospital in Xinjiang were selected as the study subjects,questionnaires were conducted at admission and discharge and personalized education was conducted according to the results of admission investigation,data were analyzed by SPSS17.0 statistical software.Counting data were analyzed by paired sample mean t-test.Result:After CQI,the scores and total scores of knowledge,attitude and behavior of patients and their families in preventing falls were higher than those before CQI,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:CQI can improve the KAP level of patients in neurology department to prevent falls,we also found out the weak links in the process of CQI in time through this method.The results provided scientific basis for the next phase of continuous quality improvement work through formulating improvement strategies.
