战时四川平教会的乡建特征及其当代启示——以江津实验区为中心

The Characteristics and Contemporary Enlightenment of the Rural Construction of Civil Education in Sichuan Association During Anti-Japanese War:Focusing on Jiangjin Experimental Area

受中华平教会的影响,四川平教会的乡建事业发端于1932年。相较中华平教会领导的实验区,四川平教会1933年创办的江津实验区呈现出自身的独特性:自主开办;官办色彩浓厚而工作内容保持相对独立;工作重心因"时"而移;社会式教育同学校式教育共同发力。这些特征是社会现实、地方政治、社团理念、个人追求诸多合力共同作用形成的。新时代下,深入研究战时四川平教会创办的江津实验区的运作过程,可为"乡村振兴战略"的实施提供一些历史经验,主要是:先于理念,基于实干,成于合作。

Influenced by Chinese National Association of Civil Education(CNACE),the rural construction of Civil Education in Sichuan Association originated in 1932.In comparison with the experimental area led by CNACE,the Jiangjin experimental area founded by Civil Education in Sichuan Association in 1933 presented its own uniqueness:autonomous start-up,strong color of the government-run but relatively independent of content of the work,timely shifted in the focus of work,and a combined influence by both social education and school education.These characteristics were the result of social reality,local politics,the idea of community,and the pursuit of individuals.Under the new era,the deep study of Jiangjin experimental area can provide some historical experience for the implementation of"Rural Revitalization Strategy",which mainly include advanced ideas,solid works,and successful cooperation.
