FTA建设下中国与挪威经贸合作现状及前景

On Current Situation and Prospect of China-Norway Economic and Trade Cooperation in FTA Construction

近年来,中挪经贸合作发展较快,2006-2018年两国双边贸易额增长了约3.2倍,中国已是挪威第三大进口来源国,挪威是中国在北欧的重要贸易伙伴。目前中挪双边自贸协定谈判已举行了16轮,但仍存在中方贸易顺差扩大、挪威的高关税税率等问题。中挪两国的优势产业分布不同,经贸合作的互补性强,两国在水产品贸易、旅游等服务贸易领域上发展潜力巨大。中方应加快中挪双边FTA谈判,也为推进中国与欧盟各国建立自贸区奠定基础。

In recent years,the economic and trade cooperation between China and Norway has been developing rapidly;as a result,the bilateral trade between the two countries has increased almost 3.2 times in the twelve years from 2006 to 2018.Now China has become one of the top three import origins of Norway,and Norway is China's most important partner of trade in northern Europe.At present,there are still problems in bilateral trade relations such as China's expansion of trade surplus and Norway's high tariff rate,despite of 16 rounds of negotiations held between the two countries on free trade agreements.However,China and Norway each has different advantageous industries,so they are highly complementary in trade and economic cooperation,with great potential in aquatic products trade and service industry trade like tourism.China ought to accelerate bilateral FTA negotiations with Norway in order to lay a basis for the establishment of FTA between China and each member of EU countries.
