摘要
自改革开放以来我国的股票市场与房地产市场经历过制度建设,快速发展到成熟稳定几个阶段,现在已经成为我国经济的支柱性产业。随着改革开放以来我国货币政策日趋成熟,我国房地产市场和股票市场更多地在经济的宏观调控中承担着更加重要的作用,而房地产市场和股票市场也成为居民投资的主要方向,是国民财富组成中的重要部分,因此,本文通过梳理房地产市场和股票市场的发展、衍变来探讨两个市场的相关性。
Since the reform and opening up,the stock market and real estate market have become the pillar industries of China's economy,having undergone three periods-system construction,rapid development and mature stable development.With the refining of China's monetary policy,the two markets are playing a more important role in the macro-control of the economy.As a result,they become an important part of the national wealth and the main investment direction of Chinese citizens.Therefore,this paper tries to discuss their correlations by studying the development and evolution of the two markets.
