摘要
大学生村官政策制定具有战略意义,但在具体的运作过程中仍未到达预期效果,其原因是工作激励机制尚未健全。究其缘由,大学生村官在薪酬待遇偏低、政治身份模糊、专业化培训缺乏、考核体系不健全等诸多方面影响激励成效。故在ERG激励理论的视阈下,立足于大学生村官的生存需要、相互关系需要以及成长发展需要三大层面采取激励举措,旨在提高大学生村官的工作满意度和积极主动性,从而为激励机制提供优化路径选择。
The policy that encourages college graduates to be village officials is of strategic significance,however,it doesn't achieve the desired results in the practice.It can be attributed to the unsound incentive mechanism.And there are multiple factors that affect the incentive effects of the policy.From the perspective of ERG theory,incentive measures can be taken considering three types of needs-the needs for survival,the needs for mutual relations and the needs for growth and development to improve job satisfaction and inspire initiatives of village officials newly graduated from colleges.The study is intended to offer path for the incentive mechanism optimization.
