D市毒情分析及其防控对策研究

Analysis of Drug Situation Prevention and Control Countermeasures in D City of Gansu Province

近年来,随着对毒品犯罪的高态势管防打控,D市毒情呈现毒品犯罪变少、传统毒品市场变小、毒品蔓延速率放缓、吸毒成瘾率变低的发展态势,但涉毒案件复杂多样,既贩又吸、以贩养吸,毒品预防教育效果差,零星非法种植屡禁不绝等现状仍较为突出。通过对D市毒情的实证研究,特从落实禁毒方针,深化宣传教育,推进社区戒毒,完善戒毒机制,打去贩卖种植,减少毒品供给等三个方面提出有针对性的毒情防控对策。

D City in Gansu Province is characterized by severe drug situation.In recent years,with the high trend of drug control and control,the drug situation in D city of Gansu Province has shown the development trend of less drug crimes,smaller traditional drug market,slower drug spreading rate and lower drug addiction rate However,drug-related cases are complicated and varied,and both trafficking and absorption,drug prevention education is not effective,sporadic illegal cultivation repeated prohibition,and so on.Through the empirical research on the drug situation in D city,this paper puts forward the countermeasures of drug situation prevention and control from three aspects:carrying out the policy of drug control,deepening the publicity and education,promoting the community to give up drug,perfecting the mechanism of drug treatment,combating the trafficking and cultivation,and reducing the supply of drugs.
