上海市徐汇区白纹伊蚊诱卵器法监测分析 被引量:7

摘要 目的研究不同月份、街镇和生境中白纹伊蚊诱卵器的阳性率分布,为科学制定白纹伊蚊防治策略提供依据。方法2018年6-11月在上海市徐汇区各个街镇使用诱卵器法开展白纹伊蚊幼虫密度监测。数据使用SPSS 20.0软件进行统计分析,使用ArcGIS 10.3软件进行空间聚集性分析。结果试验期间,9月的平均阳性率最高,为18.66%,不同月份的差异有统计学意义(χ^2=60.51,P<0.05);各街镇中街镇9的年平均阳性率最高,为29.34%,不同街镇的差异有统计学意义(χ^2=101.26,P<0.05);各生境中学校的平均阳性率最高,为16.45%,不同生境的差异无统计学意义(χ^2=12.14,P=0.06);试验期间,各街镇平均诱卵器阳性率全局Moran’s I指数为-0.22(P=0.495)。结论在每年白纹伊蚊密度高峰期(6月和9月)前有针对性地开展灭蚊工作,对各街镇除害队伍加强媒介控制技术培训,在学校等密度较高的生境加强白纹伊蚊密度控制。 Objective To study the positive rate of Aedes albopictus mosq-ovitraps in different months,towns and habitats,and to provide basis for effective control.Methods The positive rate was monitored in every town of Xuhui District from June to November of 2018 with mosq-ovitraps.SPSS 20.0 software was used for statistical analysis of monitoring data,and ArcGIS 10.3 software was used for spatial analysis.Results The highest average positive rate(18.66%)of mosq-ovitraps was in September,with significant difference(χ^2=60.51,P<0.05).The highest average positive rate(29.34%)of mosq-ovitraps took place in Town 9 among the thirteen towns investigated,with significant difference(χ^2=101.26,P<0.05).The schools held the highest positive rate(16.45%)among the habitat monitored,while the difference was not significant(χ^2=12.14,P=0.06).Conclusion The work of mosquito control should be carried out before the annual density peak of Aedes albopictus(June and September).Vector control technology training should be strengthened for pest control teams,and density control of Aedes albopictus should be strengthened in high density habitats such as schools.
