摘要 目的调查本地区吸血蠓主要种类及其密度消长。方法采用便携式全自动蚊虫采样器4-10月定时定点监测;5-10月在重点场所采用便携式全自动蚊虫采样器诱捕、人工挥网方法采集或电动吸蚊器人工捕捉。结果 4-10月监测吸血蠓平均密度为0.51只/(灯·夜),密度消长曲线呈单峰型,高峰在7月。吸血蠓种类有4种:荒川库蠓占50.00%、日本库蠓占38.18%、尖喙库蠓(亚非库蠓)占10.00%、上海库蠓占1.82%。不同生境优势种不同,居民区优势种为荒川库蠓,占61.70%;动物饲养场优势种为日本库蠓,占61.90%;公园优势种为荒川库蠓,占100%。结论初步掌握崇明区吸血蠓种群、分布、密度消长,为吸血蠓控制提供依据。 Objective To study the species distribution and density fluctuation of blood-sucking midges in Chongming District of Shanghai.Methods The automatic mosquito lamp traps were used to capture blood-sucking midges at regular time from April to October.The automatic mosquito lamp traps,the light traps or insect nets were used to collect bloodsucking midges from May to October in some key places.Results The average density of blood-sucking midges was 0.51 insects per night per lamp from April to October.The density curve was unimodal,with a peak in July.The species of four blood-sucking midges were Culicoides arakawai accounting for 50%,Culicoides nipponensis accounting for 38.18%,Culicoides oxystoma accounting for 10% and Culicoides shanghaiensis accounting for 1.82%.The dominant species varied in different environment,Culicoides arakawai accounting for 61.70% in residential districts,Culicoides nipponensis accounting for 61.90% in animal farms,and Culicoides arakawai accounting for 100% in gardens.Conclusion The investigation on population structure,distribution and density fluctuation of blood-sucking midges in Chongming District provides the base for the control of blood-sucking midges.
