Control Technology and Application of African Swine Fever in Feed Enterprises

非洲猪瘟病毒污染饲料可引起疾病传播,当饲料中的非洲猪瘟病毒滴度高于104 TCID50(感染半数细胞发生病变的病毒量)时,可造成猪群感染。甚有报道,饲料传播ASFV的风险仅次于猪。因此,作为饲料的生产者和提供者,饲料企业在饲料生产、保存、运输等过程中,如何避免饲料不被污染,降低猪感染和发病的风险,越来越被广大养殖户所关切。该文主要论述饲料企业非洲猪瘟防控关键技术与应用研究。

African swine fever virus can cause disease transmission in pigs when the African swine fever virus titer in the feed is higher than 104 TCID50(the virus quantity that infects half of the cells).It has been reported that the risk of feed-borne African swine fever virus is second only to that of pigs.Therefore,as a feed producer and supplier,how to avoid the contamination of feed and reduce the risk of infection and disease in the process of feed production,storage and transportation is more and more concerned by the farmers.This paper mainly discusses the key technology and application research of ASF prevention and control in feed enterprises.
