摘要
本文以二氧化硒作为硒源,用硫醇、油胺作为反应溶剂和配体,采用溶剂热法,在CuInSe2量子点中掺入银元素。通过调节反应中硫醇的量,发现合适用量的硫醇可以促进AgCuInSe2掺杂型量子点的合成质量,提高光学性能。
In this paper, applied selenium dioxide as selenium source, thiol and oleylamine as the reaction solvent and ligand, the CuInSe2 quantum dots were doped with silver by solvothermal method. By adjusting the amount of thiol in the reaction, a suitable thiol amount was found, that could promote the synthesis quality of AgCuInSe2 doped quantum dots and improve the optical performance.
