摘要
采用小鼠碳粒廓清实验、小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬鸡红细胞实验和NK细胞活性测定,探究保元汤提取物对正常小鼠非特异性免疫功能的影响;采用小鼠迟发型变态反应、血清溶血素生成实验、ConA诱导小鼠脾淋巴细胞转化实验,观察保元汤提取物对正常小鼠特异性细胞免疫和体液免疫的影响.结果发现,保元汤提取物以0.15、0.30、0.60 g/kg bw连续灌胃给药15 d,可增强正常小鼠DNFB诱发的迟发型变态反应;连续灌胃给药30 d,可增强正常小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞对鸡红细胞的吞噬能力,促进正常小鼠血清溶血素生成.由此可见,保元汤能增强正常小鼠的非特异性和特异性免疫功能,具有增强免疫功能产品的开发价值.
This research aims to explore the effect of Baoyuan Decoction on the immune function of normal mice,and provide experimental evidence for the development of Baoyuan Decoction as a health food.The following tests are used to prove the effect of Baoyuan Decoction on the non-specific immune function in normal mice;the carbon particle clearance,the phagocytosis of chicken red blood cells by mouse peritoneal macrophage and NK cell activity assay.The serum hemolysin production experiment and the ConA-inducing lymphocyte transformation experiment of mouse spleen are adopted to observe the effect of Baoyuan Decoction extract on specific cellular immunity and humoral immunity in normal mice.It concludes that if the extract of Baoyuan Decoction is continuously given intragastrically by the dose of 0.15,0.30,0.60 g/kg·bw for 15 days,it could enhance the delayed-type allergic reaction induced by DNFB in normal mice.If the extract of Baoyuan Decoction is continuously given intragastrically by the dose of 0.15,0.30,0.60 g/kg·bw for 30 days,it could enhance the phagocytic ability of the peritoneal macrophages to chicken red blood cells and promote the production of serum hemolysin in normal mice.Thus,Baoyuan Decoction does enhance the non-specific and specific immune functions of normal mice and has much potential as a health food.
