摘要
两级加压式燃料电池空压机两端安装泵头,没有位置传感器安装空间,需采用无位置传感器控制技术进行电机调速。针对一款高速空压机设计控制算法,采用I/F起动结合改进型滑模观测器,实现空压机的无位置传感器控制。针对空压机的速度调节,利用空压机转速与交轴电流的对应关系,在PI调节器基础上增加前馈补偿环节,实现了空压机更加快速的转速响应。
The two-stage fuel cell air compressor is equipped with two pumps at both ends,and there is no space for the installation of position sensors.Therefore,it is necessary to use position sensorless control technology for motor speed control.A control algorithm for a high-speed air compressor was designed.I/F control combined with an improved sliding mode observer were used to realize the sensorless control of the air compressor.For its speed control,the correspondence between the speed of the air compressor and q-axis current was utilized,and a feedforward compensation link to the PI regulator was added to achieve a faster speed response of the air compressor.
