摘要 本文概述人工智能快速发展态势,以及人工智能应用的分布状况;基于人工智能在人力资源管理和企业会计管理中已有的应用,探索人工智能与企业管理创新的结合点;分析人工智能在企业财务管理、内部管理和战略决策领域的应用机制,展望人工智能为企业管理创新带来的新变化,并提出具体建议.
