基于AHP-模糊综合评价模型的冼夫人文化景观开发价值评价

Evaluation of Development of Mrs. Xian’s Cultural Landscapes Based on the AHP-fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation Model

海南冼夫人文化已有一千多年的历史,包括军坡节景观、有关的事迹传说、遗址遗迹等大量冼夫人文化景观资源,开发价值丰厚。运用层次分析法与模糊综合评价法相结合,从资源本身的价值、质量及规模、开发条件3个方面,构建了冼夫人文化景观开发价值多层次综合评价模型,并用其对海口新坡镇4类冼夫人文化景观的开发价值进行综合评价。结果显示,军坡节节日景观>有关的事迹传说景观>承载冼夫人文化的自然景观>庙宇等遗址遗迹景观,分值均为3.5分以上,隶属于"高"等级,其中军坡节景观在D层13个指标中占有9个最高值,是新坡镇冼夫人文化景观开发的重中之重。最后,针对4种景观各指标分值的优劣,分别提出对应的保护开发策略。

The culture of Madam Xian in Hainan has a history of more than one thousand years, which includes much cultural landscape resources, such as Junpo festival landscape, related legends, ruins and so on, and it has a high development value. A multi-level comprehensive evaluation model for the development of Madam Xian’s cultural landscapes was established from three aspects, value, quality and scale, by using analytic hierarchy process and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. The development of four groups of Mrs. Xian’s cultural landscapes in Xinpo Town of Haikou was evaluated. The results showed that the scores of all the Mrs. Xian’s cultural landscapes were above 3.5, belonging to "high" grade in the order of Junpo festival landscape> landscapes for related deeds and legends> related natural landscape> related ruins and relics. Moreover, the Junpo festival landscape had the highest values of 9 indicators among the 13 indicators in the D layer, and it was the most important part of Madam Xian’s cultural landscapes for development in Xinpo Town. Finally, some strategies for protection and development of the four groups of the cultural landscapes were proposed according to the value of indicators.
