从“人民民主专政”看中国共产党意识形态议题设置

Viewing the CPC’s Settings of Ideological Issues from the Perspective of“People’s Democratic Dictatorship”

随着解放战争的发展,建立一个什么样国家的问题被提上了议事日程。以毛泽东为主要代表的中国共产党人,把无产阶级专政理论同中国具体实际结合起来,在与国民党和民族资产阶级、上层小资产阶级及其知识分子等提出的"建国"方案的争论中,设置了"人民民主专政"议题。该议题是基于改变人民命运、巩固政权和维系国家长治久安所进行的重大意识形态议题设置,既关乎国体,又关乎政体;议题采取政策定调、舆论反击、多媒聚焦等立体推进方式,使中国共产党的"建国"主张成为社会各界普遍认同的价值共识,并上升为新中国国家根本政治制度,为建设具有中国特色社会主义国家制度体系和国家治理体系奠定了坚实的基础。

With the triumphant development of the Liberation War,the question of what kind of country to build has been put on the historical agenda.The Communist Party of China,chiefly represented by Mao Zedong,combined the theory of the dictatorship of the proletariat with the specific realities of China.In the debate with the KMT and the national bourgeoisie,the upper petty-bourgeoisie and its intellectuals,they set up"People’s Democratic Dictatorship.This issue is based on a major ideological issue set to change the destiny of the people,consolidate the regime,and maintain the long-term security of the country.It concerns both the state and the government.This issue adopts three-dimensional advancement methods such as policy adjustment,public opinion counterattack,and multi-media focus,so that the founding of the Communist Party of China has become a value consensus recognized by all sectors of society and has risen to the country’s fundamental political system.It has laid a solid foundation for building a socialist national system and national governance system with Chinese characteristics.
