摘要
党的十九届四中全会决定用专章把坚持和完善繁荣发展社会主义先进文化的制度进行了深刻阐述,并以此作为国家治理体系和治理能力现代化的深厚支撑,凸显其构筑中国精神、中国价值、中国力量的重要性。坚持和发展中国特色社会主义文化,需要必要的干预手段整合社会意识形态,夯实民族复兴共同的思想基础。从文化干预的界定出发,厘清文化干预的运行机理,探寻文化干预的变量及有效方法,应当成为不断增强对中国特色社会主义制度体系和治理机制认同的必由之路。
The Fourth Plenary Session of the 19 th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China incorporated the system of adhering to and improving the development and development of advanced socialist culture into the Party’s literature as a deep support for the modernization of the country’s governance system and governance capabilities,highlighting the importance of building of the Chinese spirit,Chinese values,and Chinese strength.Adhering to and developing a socialist culture with Chinese characteristics requires the necessary interventions to integrate social ideology and consolidate the common ideological basis for national rejuvenation.Starting from the definition of cultural intervention,clarifying the operating mechanism of cultural intervention,exploring the variables and effective methods of cultural intervention,should be the only way to continuously strengthen the recognition of socialist institutional system and governance mechanism with Chinese characteristics.
