Interior Environment Design of High-speed Train Dining Car Based on the Characteristics of Reception Psychology

目的以接受心理特征为切入点分析旅客面对高速列车餐车内室环境的心理需求和情感反应,并对餐车内室环境进行再设计,从而提高旅客乘坐高速列车出行的舒适度、幸福感。方法将接受心理的主体性、主观性、主动性和期待视野之间的关系作为基础,总结出目标人群对于当前列车餐车的接受心理需求;并基于现有列车餐车车厢的平面布局提出符合受众期待视野的设计方向,对旅客典型交互行为进行感性设计。从空间设计角度对餐车进行优化,对旅客典型交互行为的舒适性进行评估。结论应用接受心理为导向的高速列车餐车设计方案改善了旅客行为与餐车空间的交互关系,功能与形式并重的餐车环境为旅客提供了多样化的体验空间,满足了人们日益增长的情感需求,并为高速列车的内室环境设计提供了参照依据。

The work aims to analyze the psychological needs of the passengers in the interior environment of high-speed train dining car based on the characteristics of reception psychology, and design the interior environment of dining car innovatively, in an attempt to improve the comfort and happiness of passengers in high-speed train. The reception psychological needs of the target population for the current train dining car were summarized based on the relationship among subjectivity, subjectiveness, initiative and expectation horizon of reception psychology. A design direction that conformed to the expectation horizon of the audience was proposed based on the existing layout of dining car, thus making an emotional design of the typical interaction behavior of the passengers. The dining car was optimized from the perspective of space design, and the comfort of typical passenger interaction behavior was evaluated. The conclusion is that the design scheme of high-speed train dining car with the orientation of accepting psychology improves the interaction between passenger behavior and dining car space, and the dining car environment with equal emphasis on function and form provides diversified experience space for passengers, and meets people’s growing emotional needs. At the same time, it provides reference basis for interior environment design of high-speed train.
