以社区为中心的青年工作:英国苏格兰地区青年工作的经验

Community-centered Youth Work: the Experience of Youth Work in Scotland, UK

当代英国苏格兰地区的青年工作始终坚持以青年学生为主体,以社区为中心,走过了一百五十多年的历史进程。苏格兰在实践中逐步建立了以社区为依托的网格化运作体系,打造了专业的青年工作队伍,并不断突出强调青年工作的服务性功能;逐步探索出社区中心原则、自愿参与原则、伙伴关系原则等指导青年工作开展的重要原则,试炼出一对一对话式教育法、户外团队合作教育法与线上多元互动教育法等具体的青年工作实施方法。

The contemporary youth work in Scotland has always taken young students as the main body and community as the center, and its practice and development have gone through a historical process which is more than 150 years. In practice and exploration, Scotland has gradually established a community-based grid operation system, built a professional youth work force, and constantly emphasized the service function of youth work;has gradually explored the community-centered principle, the principle of voluntary participation the principle of partner care and other important principles to guide the youth work, and has tried out the one-to-one dialogue education method, outdoor team cooperation education method and online interactive education method and other specific implementation methods of youth work. Although the ideological and political system in Scotland are really different from that in China, the successful experience of youth work in Scotland still has very practical significance of reference for youth work in China.
