通过分析职业教育领域实训类课程的操作特点,基于O2O理念,借鉴"翻转课堂"先进经验,提出"翻转训练"的实训教学理念,构建基于O2O的翻转训练的策略,将其分为训前、训中、训后三个阶段,并设计相应的微训练资源库,以线上异步讨论、资源传递、学习模仿与线下同步讨论、问题解决、合作创新的形式拓宽技能拾取的途径,提高学生对技能点的掌握,进而推动翻转训练提质增效的发展,对学生实践技能的训练提升新的高度。
