摘要 通过分析职业教育领域实训类课程的操作特点,基于O2O理念,借鉴"翻转课堂"先进经验,提出"翻转训练"的实训教学理念,构建基于O2O的翻转训练的策略,将其分为训前、训中、训后三个阶段,并设计相应的微训练资源库,以线上异步讨论、资源传递、学习模仿与线下同步讨论、问题解决、合作创新的形式拓宽技能拾取的途径,提高学生对技能点的掌握,进而推动翻转训练提质增效的发展,对学生实践技能的训练提升新的高度。 By analyzing the operational characteristics of practical courses in the field of vocational education, drawing on the O2 O concept, drawing on the advanced experience of "flip classroom", proposing the practical teaching concept of "flip training", constructing the strategy of flip training Based on O2 O, dividing it into three stages before, during and after training, and designing the corresponding micro-training resource base. To expand the way of learning skills by means of online asynchronous discussion, resource transmission,learning imitation and offline simultaneous discussion, problem solving, cooperative innovation, improve students′ grasp of skill points,and promote the development of flip training quality enhancement, and raise a new height in the training of students′ practical skills.
