正交试验优化妇血安片薄膜包衣工艺

摘要 目的:优化妇血安片的薄膜包衣工艺。方法:采用正交试验,以蠕动泵转速、进风温度、包衣锅转速为考察因素,以外观检查及崩解时限为评价指标,确定最佳包衣工艺。结果:优化后的包衣工艺参数:蠕动泵转速为6.0±0.5 r/min,进风温度为85℃,包衣锅转速为8~9 r/min,优化后的工艺参数明显提升外观合格率。结论:优化后的包衣工艺参数持续稳定,可用于妇血安片的实际生产。 Objective:to optimize the film coating technology of fuxuean tablets.Methods:orthogonal test was used to determine the best coating process,with the rotating speed of peristaltic pump,air inlet temperature and the rotating speed of coating pot as factors,and the visual inspection and disintegration time limit as evaluation indexes.Results:the optimized coating parameters were as follows:the rotating speed of peristaltic pump was 6.0±0.5 r/min,the air inlet temperature was 85℃,the rotating speed of coating pot was 8~9 r/min,and the appearance qualification rate was improved obviously.Conclusion:the optimized coating parameters are stable and can be used in the actual production of fuxuean tablets.
