摘要
压力容器常用的制造方法有立装法和卧装法。对于塔器,一般是部件立装,然后卧式总装的方法;此方法需要将立装部件翻转成卧式状态进行装配。翻转原则采用顶部轴吊,尾部溜尾的办法。但我司承接的2019年某大直径塔器,用这个方法翻转,将导致车间吊车钢丝绳斜拉(这是不允许的)。因此,我们改为将顶部轴吊设置在部件的重心左右位置,溜尾辅助的办法,避免了钢丝绳损坏的问题,解决了翻转难题。
There are two method either vertical-assembly or horizontal-assembly during pressure vessel manufacture.Normal way is vertical-assembly of component and vertical-assembly of final for column.In this way,we shall turn over the component from vertical to horizontal station.Usually we would set trunnion on top and lug on bottom to turn over.However,such large diameter would cause crane wirerope break on with this way for one project 2019.Then we consider arrange top trunnion to middle(near to center of gravity)to avoid wirerope problem.Practice proof is a good method.
