Design of an Online Monitoring Device for Operating Condition of Heat Exchange Pressure Vessel

为提高换热压力容器管理水平,确保设备安全节能运行,设计了一种换热压力容器运行状况在线监测装置。介绍了监测装置的结构和换热压力容器在线监测报警原理。监测装置以PLC为处理核心,通过多个分布式电子式传感器可对换热器两流程进出口温度、压力和流量,以及泄漏状况进行监测,并对超过阈值的异常物理量进行报警,同时参数阈值可根据需求进行设置。

To improve the management level of heat exchange pressure vessels and to ensure the safe and energy-saving operation of the equipment,an online monitoring device for the operation status of heat exchange pressure vessels was designed.The structure of the monitoring device and the principle of on-line monitoring and alarm of the heat exchange pressure vessel were introduced.A PLC was utilized in the monitoring device as the processing core,and multiple distributed electronic sensors were employed.The inlet and outlet temperatures,pressure and flow of the two processes of the heat exchanger can be monited The leakage status and the abnormal physical quantity exceeding the threshold can be alerted.At the same time,the parameter threshold can be set according to requirements.
