摘要
简述了目前国内顺丁橡胶废气主要的处理工艺,并对几种工艺进行了比较。本项目选择洗涤-除雾-催化氧化组合工艺技术。设计规模为100000 Nm^3/h,主要污染物为环己烷、丁二烯等,废气非甲烷总烃浓度2000~7000 mg/Nm^3。顺丁橡胶尾气经过该组合工艺处理后,净化气非甲烷总烃≤20 mg/Nm^3,总烃去除率在99%以上,满足本废气处理单元的设计指标,低于国家《石油化学工业污染物排放标准》(GB 31571-2015)排放标准限值。
In this paper,the main treatment processes of butadiene rubber waste gas in China are briefly introduced,and several processes are compared.In this project,the combined technology of washing,demisting and catalytic oxidation is selected.The design scale is 100000Nm^3/h,the main pollutants are cyclohexane,butadiene,etc.,and the total non methane hydrocarbon concentration of waste gas is 2000~7000 mg/Nm^3.After the treatment of butadiene rubber tail gas by this combined process,the total non methane hydrocarbon of purified gas is≤20 mg/Nm^3,and the total hydrocarbon removal rate is more than 99%,which meets the design index of this waste gas treatment unit and is lower than the emission standard limit value of national emission standard for pollutants in petrochemical industry(GB 31571-2015).
