分光光度法测定磷酸氢钙中总磷含量

Spectrophotometric Determination of Total Phosphorus in Calcium Hydrophosphate

采用分光光度法测定磷酸氢钙中总磷含量,并进行相关参数优化,最后测定结果与国家标准分析方法测定结果进行对标比较,以验证分光光度法测定结果的精准性。结果表明:采用经参数优化后的分光光度法测定磷酸氢钙中总磷含量与与国家标准分析方法测定结果相比,允许误差在0.1%,符合国家相关规定。最后得出结论:采用采用分光光度法测定磷酸氢钙中总磷含量数据可靠,且样品分析时间同国家标准比缩短80 min。

The content of total phosphorus in calcium hydrogen phosphate was determined by spectrophotometry,and the relevant parameters were optimized.Finally,the results were compared with the results of national standard analytical method,so as to verify the accuracy of the results of spectrophotometry.The results showed that compared with the results of national standard analytical method,the allowable error of the spectrophotometric method for the determination of total phosphorus in calcium hydrogen phosphate was 0.1%,which was in line with the relevant national regulations.Finally,it was concluded that the determination of total phosphorus in calcium hydrogen phosphate by spectrophotometry was reliable,and the sample analysis time was 80min shorter than the national standard.
