浅谈高校化学实验室的安全管理

高校实验室是实验教学和科学研究的重要场所,其安全性与每位师生密切相关。随着实验教学手段的丰富,实验仪器和试剂种类的增加,人流量密度的增大,实验室的安全隐患问题愈加突出。而化学实验室的性质决定了其危险性远高于其他专业实验室,所以对实验室管理人员以及科研人员提出了更高的要求。安全管理制度的完善也势在必行。针对化学实验室隐患问题,本文主要阐述了如何提高实验室人员的安全意识,提升安全培训效果,有效管理危化品,以及合理处理废弃物等方法。

University laboratory is the major place for experimental teaching and scientific research,and its safety is closely related to every teacher and student.The security risks of the laboratory increase with the enrichment of experimental teaching methods,instruments,reagents as well as growth of the population density.The nature of chemical laboratory causes higher risks than other majors,which puts forward higher requirements for laboratory managers and scientific researchers.Therefore,it is imperative to improve the safety management system.Based on the above problems,this paper mainly expounds how to improve the safety awareness and safety training of laboratory personnel,manage hazardous chemicals,deal with waste,and so on.
