应用化学综合实验:功能化SBA-15的制备、表征与吸附性能

摘要 采用化学键合法制备了谷氨酸功能化SBA-15吸附剂,通过扫描电镜、傅里叶红外光谱对吸附剂的形貌和表面官能团进行表征,以Pb(Ⅱ)和Cu(Ⅱ)为研究对象,分光光度法为分析手段,测定吸附前后溶液中金属离子的浓度,考察了材料对重金属离子的吸附性能。本实验将吸附材料的制备与多种仪器分析方法相结合,让学生了解功能化SBA-15的制备及其应用的同时,着重学习有机化学、分析化学、物理化学和环境化学的相关知识,可有效提高应用化学专业学生综合运用化学相关知识解决实际环境问题的能力。 The glutamic acid was chemically functionalized on SBA-15 and the morphology and the surface functional groups of the adsorbent were characterized by SEM and FT-IR.Pb(Ⅱ)and Cu(Ⅱ)were used as the research objects,and the concentration of metal ions in the solution before and after adsorption was determined by spectrophotometry to investigate the adsorption properties of heavy metal ions.This work combines the preparation of adsorption materials with a variety of instrument analysis methods to let students understand the preparation and application of functionalized SBA-15 while focusing on learning about organic chemistry,analytical chemistry,physical chemistry and environmental chemistry,which can effectively improve the ability of applied chemistry students to comprehensively apply chemical related knowledge to solve practical environmental problems.
