捕捞应激对团头鲂不同组织中Nrf2-Keap1信号通路相关基因表达的影响 被引量:1

Effects of Fishing Stress Response on Relative Gene Expression of Nrf2-keap1 Signal Channel in Different Tissues of Megalobrama amblycephala

摘要 为团头鲂健康养殖及免疫防控技术研究提供参考,对健康无损伤的团头鲂进行快速捕捞应激,检测其鱼鳔、肝脏、肾脏、肠道、心脏、肌肉、脑、脾脏及头肾组织中Nrf2、Keap1和Bach1基因的表达情况。结果表明:快速捕捞所产生的应激对团头鲂体内肠道和肝脏产生较明显的应激反应,Nrf2、Keap1和Bach1基因表达量显著提高;对脑、肌肉、肾脏等器官的应激反应无显著影响。快速捕捞应激对团头鲂机体整体抗氧化防御系统影响不大,不会对其机体产生明显损伤。 In order to provide references for exploring the healthy culture and immune control technology of Megalobrama amblycephala,the expression of Nrf2,Keap1 and Bach1 genes in fish bladder,liver,kidney,intestines,heart,muscles,brain,spleen and head kidney tissues of healthy M.amblycephala under rapid fishing stress were detected.Results:The rapid fishing stress has obvious stress response to intestines and liver of M.amblycephalaand the expression of Nrf2,Keap1 and Bach1 gene increased significantly.The rapid fishing stress has no obvious stress response to brain,muscle and kidney of M.amblycephala.In conclusion,the rapid fishing stress had slight effect on overall antioxidant defense system of M.amblycephalaand would not cause obvious damage on its organism.
