以学科建设推动民办职业院校转型发展

Promoting the Transformation Development of Private Vocational College Through Disciplinary Construction

我国民办职业院校要实现向应用型人才培养高校转型发展,必须以学科建设作为基础。针对我国民办职业院校学科建设相对落后存在思想认识不到位、学科价值取向忽视应用型、学科建设同质化、学科制度不健全等现实问题,为此要唤醒学科建设的思想意识、定位应用型学科价值取向、建设具有差异特色的应用交叉学科,建立健全学科建设制度,推动民办职业院校转型发展。

In order to realize the transformation and development of China’s private vocational colleges to application-oriented talent cultivation universities, we must take discipline construction as the foundation. Private vocational education discipline construction in China is relatively backward because ideological understanding does not reach the designated position, applied disciplinary value orientation is ignored, discipline construction is homogeneous, subject system is not sound. To promote the development of non-governmental vocational colleges transformation, we have to wake up the awareness of discipline construction, position the value of applied orientation, build application interdisciplinary with distinctive characteristics, establish and perfect the system of discipline construction.
