地方高校创新创业大学生的积极人格探析

An Analysis of Positive Personality of Innovative and Entrepreneurial College Student in Local University

采用问卷调查法,研究创新创业大学生的积极人格。研究发现:第一,创新创业大学生的智慧、勇气、卓越与仁慈美德得分显著高于普通大学生,创新创业大学生的希望、勇敢、热情、创造力、判断力、社会智力、宽容、坚持、自律和幽默等10项积极人格显著高于普通大学生;第二,学生干部的智慧、勇气、卓越和公正美德得分显著高于普通大学生,学生干部的热情、创造力、幽默、判断力、社会智力、勇敢、团队、坚持、领导力等9项积极人格得分显著高于普通大学生。培育大学生创新创业积极人格与美德,需要重视创新创业积极人格培育课程开发,增进大学生创新创业积极情绪体验,开展丰富的第二课堂创新创业实践活动。

A questionnaire survey was conducted to study the positive personality of innovative and entrepreneurial college students. The findings are as follows: first, the scores of wisdom, courage,excellence and kindness of innovative and entrepreneurial college students are significantly higher than those of ordinary college students’, and the 10 positive personalities of innovative and entrepreneurial college students are significantly higher than that of ordinary college students, such as hope, courage,enthusiasm, creativity, judgment, social intelligence, tolerance, persistence, self-discipline and humor.Second, the scores of intelligence, courage, excellence and justice virtues of student cadres were significantly higher than those of ordinary college students’, and the scores of enthusiasm, creativity,humor, judgment, social intelligence, courage, teamwork, persistence and leadership of student cadres were significantly higher than those of ordinary college students’. To cultivate college students’ innovative and entrepreneurial positive personality and virtue, it is necessary to attach importance to the curriculum development of innovative and entrepreneurial positive personality cultivation, enhance the positive emotional experience of innovation and entrepreneurship of college students, and carry out rich innovative and entrepreneurial practice activities in the second class.
