摘要
基于区域随班就读质量的文献检索与现状调研,剖析全国随班就读高质量的宁波市海曙样本,比对其他典型性区域,去芜存菁,梳理并提炼出相关重要变量,从而归纳出提升区域随班就读质量的"三定"策略:引擎定向策略、范式定型策略与共赢定性策略。
Based on the literature retrieval and current situation investigation of regional regular class learning quality, this paper analyzes Haishu samples of high quality of national regular class learning,compares with other typical regions, eliminates the mistakes, combs and extracts the relevant important variables, thus sums up the "three fixed" strategies to improve regional regular class learning quality:engine-oriented strategy, paradigm-shaping strategy and win-win qualitative strategy.
