摘要
赏识教育作为世界上著名的六种教育方法之一,在近几十年取得了蓬勃发展并逐渐形成系统的涵盖多方学科的成熟教育理论体系。它本着以人为本的基本信念,通过关怀和欣赏优点为主的教育方式,注重激发人的潜能。作为高职班主任,通过树典型、表先进、重立德、促师风等具体策略将赏识教育运用到班集体的管理中,对促进高职院校班级管理成熟化、系统化有着十分显著的效果。
Appreciation education, as one of the six famous educational methods in the world, has developed in the past few decades and has gradually formed a systematic and mature educational theory system covering multiple disciplines. It is based on the basic belief of people-orientation, caring and appreciation of the advantages of education, and focuses on stimulating people’s potential. As a head teacher in a vocational college, the application of appreciation education to the class management through the specific strategies setting examples, praising the outstanding, emphasizing morality and promoting teachers’ style. These are very significant for promoting the maturity and systemization of class management in higher vocational colleges.
