新时代志愿服务参与精神文明建设的逻辑方略

党的十八大以来,以习近平同志为核心的党中央高度重视社会主义精神文明建设,并作出一系列重大决策部署,初步形成具有中国特色的社会主义精神文明建设体系。全面建成小康社会、建设社会主义现代化强国必然要求全社会掀起社会主义精神文明建设新高潮,满足人民群众对精神文化的需求,促进人的全面发展和社会进步。志愿服务在行动理念上具有志愿性优势,在行动主体上具有多元化优势,在行动机制上具有示范性优势,在角色定位上具有民间性优势。通过同构共同价值基础、建立能动性回应机制、完善协同化运作体制等策略可以有效促进志愿服务参与精神文明建设,助推社会主义精神文明建设纵深发展。

Since the 18th national congress of the Communist Party of China,the central committee with comrade Xi Jinping at its core has attached great importance to the construction of socialist spiritual civilization,and made a series of major decisions and arrangements to form a system of making socialist ethical progress with Chinese characteristics.The building of a moderately prosperous society in all respects and building China into a great modern socialist country will inevitably call for a new upsurge in socialist cultural and ethical progress,meet the people’s needs for a better life,and promote all-round human development and social progress.Volunteer service has volunteer advantage in action concept,diversity advantage in acting subject,demonstration strength in action mechanism and civil advantage in role positioning.Strategies such as isomorphic common value foundation,establishment of active response mechanism and improvement of coordinated operation system can effectively promote the participation of voluntary services in spiritual civilization construction and boost the in-depth development of socialist spiritual civilization construction.
