高职百万扩招背景下课程思政的实施路径探究

高职百万扩招是我国经济产业转型背景下,对社会人才再教育的重大举措。课程思政是高职百万扩招背景下提升教学质量的重要方式,是专业课程在思想层次上的教学范式。分析了高职百万扩招的背景和成因,阐述了课程思政的含义和内容,解析高职百万扩招下课程思政实施的难点。从修订人才培养方案,构建课程思政实施体系;强化专业课教师的课程思政意识,提升课程思政实施能力;结合学生特点创新教学方法,创新课程思政的实施方法;完善教学评价体系,建立课程思政激励机制,四个维度上提出了在百万扩招背景下课程思政实施的路径。

Curriculum Ideological and Political education is the teaching paradigm of professional courses at the ideological level.The mass enrollment expansion of higher vocational education is an important measure for the reeducation of social talents in the context of China's economic and industrial transformation.Curriculum Ideological and Political education is an important approach to improve the teaching quality under the background of mass enrollment expansion.This paper analyzes the background and causes of the mass expansion of higher vocational education,expounds the meaning and content of curriculum ideological and political education,and analyzes the difficulties in the implementation of curriculum ideological and political education under the mass enrollment expansion in higher vocational education.From the four dimensions of revising talent training program and constructing curriculum ideological and political implementation system,strengthening the ideological and political awareness of professional course teachers and improving the ability of curriculum ideological and political implementation,combining with the characteristics of students and innovating teaching methods,improving the teaching evaluation system and establishing curriculum ideological and political incentive mechanism,the paper puts forward the path of curriculum Ideological and political implementation in the context of mass enrollment expansion.
