公安交管视角下的车路协同技术探讨及应用 被引量:4

摘要 车路协同已经成为全球关注的重点,但目前还存在技术架构不清晰、关键技术不明确和应用验证不落地等问题。通过分析智能网联环境下的交通管控数据驱动,立足于公安交管视角,设计车路协同技术应用架构,明确了跨行业、跨平台的信息交互架构,探讨了车路协同的路侧信息交互技术、管控设备安全认证和公安交管赋能平台等关键技术。依托无锡车联网先导区示范应用项目,规模化验证了车路协同应用服务场景。打通了公安交管部门与通信运营商和车联网企业的信息交互通道,率先实现了信号机与汽车前后装车载终端间高可靠、低延迟的交通信息实时推送,验证了车路协同对精准出行服务和辅助安全驾驶的提升作用,对智慧交管有重要推动意义。 Cooperative Vehicle Infrastructure(CVI)has drawn global attention,but there are still problems such as unclear technical framework,unclear key technologies and unsuccessful application verification.Through an analysis of traffic control data-driven in the intelligent networked setting,from the perspective of public security traffic management,we defined the framework of CVI technology and explicated the framework of cross-industry and cross-platform information interaction.Furthermore,we discussed key technologies such as roadside information interaction technology,traffic control equipment safety certification and traffic management enabling platform.Based on the demonstration project of Wuxi Internet of Vehicles Pilot Zone,CVI scenarios were verified on a large scale.It facilitates information interaction between the traffic management department and communication operators and Internet of Vehicles(IOV)enterprises.It takes the lead in real-time traffic message push with high-reliability and low-delay between the front and rear vehicle terminals and signal controller,and verifies the role of CVI in improving accurate travel services and auxiliary safe driving.It is significant for CVI to promote the development of intelligent traffic management.
