抗战时期中共对国际阵线的划分及政策的调适与运用

The CPC’s Division of the International Fronts,the Policy Adjustment and Application during the War of Resistance Against Japanese Aggression

抗日战争时期,中共密切关注国际局势的演变,将世界各国划分为不同的国际阵线。中共划分国际阵线的前后变化虽然主要是共产国际指导的结果,但同时中共也从中国抗战的现实需要出发,不断对政策做出调适,坚持原则性与灵活性的统一。国际阵线的划分昭示了中共“选边站队”的立场,政策的运用主要体现为争取国际反法西斯阵线国家和民间的援助。中共争取反法西斯阵线的国际援助分别从国家和民间两个层面展开,争取援助的重点前后各有侧重,策略也各不相同。

During the War of Resistance Against Japanese Aggression,the CPC paid close attention to the evolution of the international situation,and divided the world into different international fronts.Although the change of the CPC’s division of the international fronts was mainly the result of the guidance of the Comintern,the CPC continued to adjust its policies and adhere to the consistency of principle and flexibility in the light of the reality of the War of Resistance Against Japanese Aggression.The division of the international fronts shows the CPC’s stand of“choosing sides,”and the application of the policy focuses on states and civil assistance from the International Anti-Fascist Front.The CPC’s policy of seeking international assistance is implemented at the state and civil levels respectively,with different emphases and strategies.
