摘要
针对某艺术网格形状塑件注塑成型和脱模困难的注塑成型难题,设计了一种单腔点浇口三板模具。模具分4次开模,2次顶出来实现塑件的自动化注塑生产。浇注系统采用20个点浇口对单腔进行分区同步浇注,采用8条水路进行仿形冷却以保证塑件的充分充填和防止注塑后翘曲变形。设计了4种机构来实现塑件的自动脱模,为解决塑件模腔内狭小空间内内壁的脱模机构设计提供了一种新思路。
Aiming at the injection molding and demoulding problem of an art grid shape plastic part,a single cavity point gate three plate mold is designed.The mold is divided into 4 times of opening and 2 times of top to realize the automatic injection production of plastic parts.In the pouring system,20 point gates are used to pour the single cavity synchronously,and 8 waterways are used for profiling cooling to ensure the full filling of plastic parts and preventing warpage and deformation after injection molding.Four kinds of mechanisms are designed to realize the automatic demoulding of plastic parts and provide a new idea to solve the demoulding mechanism design of the inner wall of the narrow space in the mold cavity.
