摘要
核心素养理念的提出标志着师范生培养进入核心素养时代。基于这一理念,要思考高等教育事业的根本问题“培养什么人、怎样培养人、为谁培养人”,新建地方本科院校就要从培养目标、师资队伍、课程体系、实践教学、第二课堂、地方特色等几方面着手开展师范生培养变革。
The Core Literacy provides a new idea and direction for the education of normal school students.Based on the concept of core literacy,the newly-established local colleges and universities should consider the issue of“What kind of people are we training,how and for whom”.The reform is carried out from the aspects of training goal,teaching staff,course system,practice teaching,the second classroom and local characteristics.
