摘要
高校青年教师肩负着引领青年学生坚定理想、追求真理的责任。而高校青年教师开启教学职业生涯的起步阶段,也是其完成社会角色转换的必要过程。研究高校新入职教师的教学能力是提升青年教师素质、完善我国青年教师队伍建设的重要环节。
Young teachers in colleges and universities shoulder the responsibility of leading young students to strengthen their ideals and pursue truth.And the beginning stage of young teachers in universities to start teaching career is also a necessary process for them to complete the transformation of social roles.Studying the teaching ability of newly recruited teachers in universities is an important link to improve the quality of young teachers and improve the construction of young teachers in China.
