新冠肺炎疫情是一次重大突发公共卫生事件,在疫情防控过程中,再次彰显了中国共产党领导和中国特色社会主义制度的显著优势,体现了我国超强的社会动员能力、基层群众自治组织高效的行动力以及党员干部的模范带头作用,充分展示了我国持续推进治理能力现代化的成效。同时也应该看到,在疫情防控工作中,地方政府在实现治理能力现代化方面还存在一定问题,对此需要正确看待和分析。

The novel coronavirus epidemic is a major public health emergency.During the prevention and control of the epidemic,it once again demonstrates the significant advantages of the leadership of the Communist Party of China and the socialist system with Chinese characteristics.The efficient action of autonomous organizations and the exemplary role of party members and cadres at all levels in the face of the pandemic have fully demonstrated the effectiveness of China’s sustainable progress in modernizing its governance capabilities.At the same time,it stresses that in the epidemic prevention and control work,local governments still have certain problems in realizing the modernization of their governance capabilities,which needs to be properly viewed and analyzed.
