研究生质量保障体系模型构建与实践

Construction and Practice of the Postgraduate Quality Assurance System Model

研究生质量保障体系包括生源质量、课程体系、导师队伍、教学条件、论文学术标准和质量评估制度等,是一个复杂的系统工程。我国高校恢复招生40多年来,研究生教育取得了飞速发展,在规模、质量、结构、高水平大学建设、支撑国家创新发展、国际影响力等方面都取得了重大成就。在研究生培养实践过程中发现,研究生质量保障体系还不够完善。阐述研究生质量保障体系的内涵,梳理在实践中存在的问题和不足,从生源质量、课程体系、导师队伍、论文水平、质量评估和学术标准等方面构建研究生质量保障体系模型具有现实意义。

The postgraduate quality assurance system includes the quality of the students,the curriculum program,the tutor team,the scholastic platform,the academic standards of the dissertation,and the assessment system.It is a complex systematic project.40 years after China has resumed the university enrollment,graduate education has obtained historical achievements in scale,quality,curriculum design,and the construction of high-level universities.It has offered overwhelming support to China’s technological innovation nationally,and helped China gain more international influence.Yet this system is not perfect.Hence the writer of this paper expounds the connotation and the shortcomings of the system,the problems that have occurred in the practice of the system,and tries to construct a postgraduate quality assurance system model from five aspects,that is,the quality of the students,curriculum,tutor team,thesis writing,quality assessment.
