中英工程教育认证与工程师职业认证比较研究

A Comparative Study of Educational Certification and Professional Certification for Registered Engineers in Civil Engineering between China and the UK

就中英两国土木工程教育认证和注册工程师职业认证中的管理机构、认证程序和认证标准等问题进行对比研究,归纳了英国这两项认证事业的关联特点。针对我国构建土木工程领域协同认证体系提出建议,即从统一管理结构、对接专业分类、协调认证标准及达成国际互认等方面开展工作,从而为我国培养和认定国际化土木类人才提供制度支撑。

This paper makes a comparative study on the management organizations,procedures and standards of civil engineering education certification and professional certification of registered engineers in China and the UK.This paper summarizes the associated characteristics of these two certification frameworks undertaken by the UK.In the light of the construction system of collaborative certification in the professional field of civil engineering in China,suggestions are proposed here.That is,diligent work should be exerted in the following aspects ranging from the unified management structure,docking specialty classification,to the coordinate certification standards and international mutual recognition,with an institutional supporting aim for our training mode and international recognition of civil-engineering professional talents in China.
