摘要
全自动线束端子插入机的控制系统设计是一项复杂的软件工程项目。在分析插入机工作过程的基础上,构造控制系统的总体结构和功能模块,详细分析控制软件的3个核心模块:运动控制模块、品质监测模块和数据管理模块。在研制的全自动线束端子插入机样机上对控制系统进行了测试,结果表明:控制系统能满足设计要求,端子插入位置精度±0.1 mm,速度为1800 pin/h。
The system software design for fully automatic wire terminals inserting machine is a very complicated software engineering project.On the basis of the analysis of basic working procedure of inserting machine,the software framework and function modules were introduced briefly and then the three important core modules:motion control module,quality monitor module and database management module,were analyzed carefully.Proved by the practical application of the prototype,the control system is successful with location precision is less than±0.1 mm and production capacity is 1800 pin per hour.
