摘要
空调管翅式换热器中铜管和翅片并不是完全接触,其接触状态会影响到换热器的传热。从理论和模拟两方面分析出间隙厚度为影响传热的主要因素之一,并以间隙厚度和接触长度占比作为接触状态的表征指标。通过模拟得到结论:随着间隙厚度减小,接触长度占比增加,从铜管传递到翅片的热量越多,翅片分布温度越高,传热效果越好。
The copper tube and fin in the fin-tube heat exchanger of air conditioning are not completely in contact,and the contact state will affect the heat transfer of the heat exchanger.The gap thickness was one of the main factors affecting the heat transfer,and the gap thickness and the ratio of contact length were taken as the index of contact state.The simulation results show that with the decrease of gap thickness and the increase of contact length proportion,the more heat transfers from the copper tube to the fin,the higher the fin distribution temperature and the better the heat transfer effect.
