摘要
为了验证HHT对处理滚珠丝杠副振动信号的有效性,通过对构造的调频、调幅混合信号进行HHT分析,并通过相关系数、均方误差、能量分布等指标分析各分量与构造信号的关联性,发现HHT对处理非平稳、非线性信号的有效性。进而引入实验数据,以同样的思路对振动信号进行分析,并计算各IMF分量对应的3个指标值,以图像的形式反映出各分量与原始振动信号的关联性,发现各IMF分量所携带能量都较小,说明滚珠丝杠副运行平稳、正常。通过FFT变换求出并绘制的首个IMF分量频谱图,更清楚地反映了实验台的固有频率所对应的幅值。整个分析过程表明,用HHT方法处理滚珠丝杠副振动信号是有效的。
To verify the effectiveness of HHT algorithm in processing the vibration signal of ball screw,the HHT analysis for the mixed signals with modulated frequency and modulated amplitude was performed.The correlation between each component and the structural signal was analyzed by correlation coefficient,mean square error and energy distribution.It was found that HHT was effective in handling non-stationary and nonlinear signals.Then the vibration signal of test data was analyzed with the same idea.And the three index values corresponding to each IMF component were calculated,the correlation between each component and the original vibration signal was intuitively reflected in the form of an image.Through the image,it is found that each IMF component carries less energy,indicating that the ball screw is running smoothly and normally.The first IMF signal spectrum diagram obtained and plotted by FFT transformation clearly reflects the value corresponding to the natural frequency of the test bed.The analysis shows that HHT method is effective to deal with the vibration signal of ball screw.
